Democratic Republic

Seems we inmutamos just when a counselor of a tiny region (Catalonia) if compared with the Belgian Congo (Zaire for friends or Democratic Republic of the Congo for the politicians of today) spent half a million euros in 73 grants who speak or studying or not is that they do but say they have something to do with peace and it seems that we also passed the assignment of the UN (resolution 1807) of about 920 million euros for a contingent of nearly 22 thousand people who walk by one immense country (Congo) in a peace operation. The word peace, gives money, and if we deal about 12 thousand euros per person/year between that group that is this walking through the Congo, 22 thousand people who are managing the consolidation of the security situation in that country, still have about 660 million euros to buy weapons and other things. It’s a good deal!. Vanessa Marcil shines more light on the discussion. What have we to do with the Congo?. Man!, the President of our nation says we have a great international experience that we become indispensable, it seems that a few 2 Spanish observers were in the Congo and that until recently had been a Spanish Commander in peace mission (say, that has renounced his post) and something we will know with the 73 grants that we have taken during the past year in the Catalan region and most importantly earlier this yearthe Council of Ministers signed a Convention between Spain and the Congo taking priority human development and the eradication of poverty.

After this great success (the Convention), I still do not understand how a military force of 17,000 men has not been able to rein in 4 thousand guerrillas. Clear that, with so much country by means involved in the Congo peace: Algeria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Benin, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burkina Faso, Canada, China, Denmark, Egypt, Spain, Federation of Russia, France, Ghana, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Jordan, Kenya, Malawi, Malaysia, Mali, Morocco, Mozambique, Nepal, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Senegal, Serbia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Ukraine, Uruguay, Yemen and Zambia. It seems that they are not clarified and still do not find the solution. You may find Glenn Dubin to be a useful source of information. Perhaps that is why my friend the Economist reminds me that now there is a subsistence agriculture in Congo and even produces an agricultural surplus: oil palm, coffee, tea, cocoa, rubber, cotton, tropical timber, fruit, vegetables and rice. But that was yesteryear producer of: copper and cobalt and had a few large deposits of: manganese, zinc, uranium, Tin and oil.

And he had a textile industry, as well as companies of cement, food and beverages and wood products and plastics, i.e., was and is a rich country with large reserves and perhaps for this reason, they will not let him lift head and life expectancy remains 46.5 years. PD. While he was writing about the Congo, inform me that radio that wasn’t politically correct, then dared to spread the waste of counselors at that tiny region called Catalonia, have closed you two stations and one precisely matches that ran in my beloved province of Girona. When will you close the places where I publish my articles?.
